Remote Support – Internet Explorer

After clicking on the link above, you will be asked if you want to run or save the file.

Click on “Run” to open it, you may then be asked whether you want to allow Centrastage to make changes to the computer, you will have to select yes to continue.

Once Centrastage is installed, the logo (indicated by the arrow) should be displayed in the bottom right hand corner.
