Remote Support – Firefox

Click here to download the remote support client.

After clicking on the link above, you will be asked if you want to save the file. Click on “Save File”.

Once the file has been downloaded, right click it and select “Open”.

Click on “Run” to open it, you may then be asked whether you want to allow Centrastage to make changes to the computer, you will have to select yes to continue.

Once Centrastage is installed, the logo (indicated by the arrow) should be displayed in the bottom right hand corner.
